when it comes to coaching, there is a certain set of characteristics that make a great coach stand out from the crowd. Patience, understanding, compassion, selflessness and, most of all, dedication to the cause. We all can look back on one coach in our lives when somebody talks about a great coach. You may not even have played any sports as a child but, in truth, coaches are everywhere, all throughout our lives. Parents and teachers are perfect examples of ‘coaches’ that never set foot on the field with us. They did, however, supply us with information that we later applied to life that made us who we are today. For the rest of you, business coaches are another type of coach that people might not think about when hearing the term coach.
